A senior design resource for one of our major externally-facing applications. Collaborates with a diverse team of developers, project managers, business stakeholders, and more to design industry-class experiences for our customers. This position requires heavy design as well as interpersonal skills to ensure timely delivery of all projects. Oversees the implementation of the company design systems for internal applications.

Collaborated with education specialists to develop a new User Experience program at Southern New Hampshire University. This work involved overseeing the scope of a variety of courses, their competencies, and statements of what students should be mastering by the end of the program along with the assignments and projects the students will be completing. This work ensures that students will be exposed to industry-level knowledge, relevant skills, and the most up-to-date understanding of user experience as a career.

Oversaw all visual marketing elements that were implemented through print, online, and mobile experiences. Worked alongside the company’s Executive Team and VP to plan marketing initiatives, design and manage branding guidelines, and refine the company’s image. Worked with IT team to design and develop a custom intranet experience tailored to the employee's needs and common use cases.

Reported directly to the head of marketing to design promotional materials to be used on shirts, websites, and print ads; developed branding to market and advertise large-scale events.

Created and edited custom motion graphics and videos for a variety of marketing clients. Also provided custom graphic design, logo, and branding work not only for clients, but for Scorzi itself.

Designed website to provide company information and allow customers to request quotes. Combined site redesign and promotions resulted in an approximate 25% increase in company sales within one year of implementation.
